HOOPER, Susan J. Susan J. (Snyder) Hooper, 55, a lifelong Plainville resident, passed away suddenly Tuesday, (August 10, 2004) in Wallingford. Born on April 25, 1949, to the late Earl (Tickey) and Etta (Swett) Snyder, also of Plainville, Susan attended Plainville schools graduating from Plainville High School in 19 ugg wedges 67. Susan continued her higher education at local universities receiving her bachelor’s degree. She was proud to be a registered nurse serving in local hospitals statewide. Prior to her nursing career, Susan endeavored into law enforcement. As an LPN, Susan attended the Police Academy and after graduation, served in various capacities with the West Hartford Police Department from June, 1975 to January, 1979. Susan leaves behind four brothers and two sisters; Lawrence ugg wedges B. Snyder, of Plainville; Gloria J. (Snyder) Hartke, of Rockfall; Robert Snyder of Plainville; David F. Snyder of Plainville; Janet L. (Snyder) Kelly of California and Earl C. Snyder, Jr., of Plainville; as well as several nieces and nephews. Susan always managed to slip a few dollars into the unsuspecting pockets and sports bags of her nieces and nephews. Susan was a giver to those in need, ugg wedges and loved each and every one. Susan loved excitement and travel and her Chihuahua ugg wedges dogs. She loved to see and experience it all. The family wishes to extend thanks to Dr.’s Rosenblatt and Wagner for their care of Susan. Susan would have undoubtedly left us sooner. Lastly, the family extends a special thank you to Joel. You made her heart sing. Burial services will be held at the convenience of the family.
