Kenneth Ray StaatsResident of Emerald H uggs on sale ills, CA 51, passed away 7/29/12 of a heart attack. He was the son of the late Ray Staats; is survived by his wife, Elaine Pottinger Staats; parents, Loanne Lutz Leimroth; siblings, Norine Occhipinti, Colleen Zoccoli, Eilee uggs on sale n Staats, Kirsten and Stephan Leimroth; and 18 nieces and nephews. Kenneth graduated with honors, as a member of Chi Epsilon, from San Jose State Univ. as a Civil Engineer. Kenneth founded Engineering Design and Construction, which his nephew, Bryan Talmadge, will continue. He loved his family, as well as fishing, scuba diving, and boating. Kenneth had recently obtained his Captai uggs on sale n’s license. He had a generous heart, love of life and a sense of humor we all will miss. The Memorial will be Sunday, Aug. 26 at 2:00pm at St. Thomas of Canterbury, 1522 McCoy Ave., in San Jose, CA.
